Growing up in Magee, MS, David was actively involved in Boy Scouts and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. David was also actively involved in his local church, played clarinet in the school band for seven years and was a starting offensive and defensive lineman for the Magee Trojan Football team where the team went 15-0 his senior year, winning the State 3A Championship.
In 1990, David moved to Oxford, MS where he attended The University of Mississippi. There he majored in English and was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. While at Ole Miss, he spent each summer during his college years working at Alpine Camp for Boys on Lookout Mountain just south of Chattanooga. These summer experiences and the friendships made there were where David fell in love with the Chattanooga Area.
David and his wife Mary Dudley were married in 1998 and lived in Memphis, TN (Mary Dudley’s home town) before moving to Chattanooga at the end of 2012. They have three teenage children. In addition to his real estate business, David is also a spinal sales consultant for a local medical device distributor and Mary Dudley is a successful Chattanooga real estate agent.
David’s favorite activities are spending time with family and friends, hiking the trails around Chattanooga, fishing and his most favorite, snow skiing! He enjoys reading motivational books and anything to do with personal finance and real estate.
